Maple and Blueberry Protein Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 5 oz coconut milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)


  1. Place banana, blueberries, coconut milk, protein power and maple syrup into a blender.
  2. Process until smooth. Add a splash of water if the consistency looks too thick.
  3. Pour smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately.
