- 1 shot of espresso
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
- 1 shot almond-flavoured liqueur (optional)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Nutmeg, freshly grated or ground
- Place shot of espresso and maple syrup into a separate glass and add almond-flavoured liqueur (optional).
- In another glass tumbler, add two scoops of ice cream and pour over coffee and maple mix.
- Grate fresh or sprinkle ground nutmeg over the top. Serve immediately.
