Maple Espresso Martini


Maple Espresso Martini (1)

  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust flavour)
  • ⅕ cup vodka
  • 1 tbsp Kahlua
  • 2 tbsp cooled espresso coffee
  • 3 coffee beans (for decoration)


  1. Put martini glass in the fridge to chill.
  2. Make a shot of freshly brewed espresso coffee.
  3. Place the maple syrup, vodka, Kahlua, and espresso in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.
  4. Shake vigorously, until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels ice cold, then strain into the chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with 3 coffee beans and serve immediately.
