Spinach, Kale and Maple Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 150g baby spinach
  • 150g kale
  • 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
  • 1 tbsp + 2 tsp pure maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust taste)
  • ⅚ cup almond milk (or water if preferred)
  • 2 tbsp + 2 tsp low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp + 2 tsp rolled oats

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.

Chef’s tip: If making in advance, prep the smoothie without the oats and blitz in before serving.
