Spinach, Kale and Maple Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 150g baby spinach
- 150g kale
- 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp pure maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust taste)
- ⅚ cup almond milk (or water if preferred)
- 2 tbsp + 2 tsp low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp rolled oats
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
Chef’s tip: If making in advance, prep the smoothie without the oats and blitz in before serving.
