Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- ½ apple, diced
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp dried cranberries
- ⅓ cup fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 white pitta bread, cut down the middle
Method
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the pitta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stuff the mixed ingredients inside the pitta bread and enjoy!
