Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp melted cocoa butter
- ½ cup amber maple syrup
- ¾ cup maple sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup puffed rice
- ½ cup chopped dried apricots
- ½ cup chopped dried cranberries
- 1 cup roasted and chopped cashew nuts (unsalted)
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- ¼ tsp salt
Method
- Spray oil on a 10” square dish.
- In a large saucepan, pour the peanut butter, melted cocoa butter, maple syrup, maple sugar and cocoa powder.
- Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat until smooth.
- Add the other ingredients then mix well.
- Press firmly the batter in the dish, then cut some squares when the batter is still lukewarm.
