Ingredients
- ½ cup (115gr) peanut butter
- 2 tbsp (27gr) melted cocoa butter
- 1/2 cup (170gr) amber maple syrup
- ¾ cup (112gr) maple sugar
- ½ cup (40gr) cocoa powder
- 1-1/2 cup (130gr) rolled oats
- 1 cup (14gr) puffed rice
- ½ cup (65gr) chopped dried apricots
- ½ cup (65gr) chopped dried cranberries
- 1 cup (140gr) roasted and chopped cashew nuts (unsalted)
- 2 tbsp (15gr) coconut flakes
- ¼ tsp salt
Method
- Spray oil on a 10” square dish.
- In a large saucepan, pour the peanut butter, melted cocoa butter, maple syrup, maple sugar and cocoa powder.
- Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat until smooth.
- Add the other ingredients then mix well.
- Press firmly the batter in the dish, then cut some squares when the batter is still lukewarm.
