Ingredients

ingredients:

  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp pure Canadian maple syrup
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli flakes

Method

Directions:

  1. Crumble the feta cheese for easier blending.
  2. Finely chop the chives.
  3. Squeeze the lemon juice.
  4. In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, olive oil, chives, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.

To serve:

  1. Serve in a bowl with crackers or toasted bread for dipping.
