
Maple Shaken Espresso with Pumpkin Cold Foam

Ingredients
- 2 shots of espresso
- Ice
- Milk of choice
- Pure Canadian maple syrup to taste
For the pumpkin cold foam:
- 2 tbsp double cream
- 2 tbsp pumpkin spice
Method
To make the pumpkin cold foam:
- Add double cream and pumpkin spice mix into a glass.
- Whisk with a milk frother until a foam starts to appear at the top.
To make the maple shaken espresso:
- Add pure Canadian maple syrup to the bottom of a glass (to taste).
- Brew 2 shots of espresso over the maple syrup.
- Add ice to the glass.
- Add your milk of choice until the glass is almost full.
- Top with pumpkin cold foam.
- Sprinkle with pumpkin spice, stir, and enjoy!
