Maple Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients
- ½ tsp matcha powder
- 5 oz hot water
- 10 oz milk
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
Method
- Use a fine-mesh strainer to sift the matcha powder into a heatproof bowl.
- Add the maple syrup and pour the just boiled water over the mixture.
- Whisk vigorously for about 30-45 seconds until the matcha has no clumps and the mixture is slightly foamy.
- Pour the ice and milk into two glasses then top with the hot matcha mixture.
