Ingredients
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust flavour)
- ⅕ cup vodka
- 1 tbsp Kahlua
- 2 tbsp cooled espresso coffee
- 3 coffee beans (for decoration)
Method
- Put martini glass in the fridge to chill.
- Make a shot of freshly brewed espresso coffee.
- Place the maple syrup, vodka, Kahlua, and espresso in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.
- Shake vigorously, until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels ice cold, then strain into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans and serve immediately.
