Dirty Fries with Maple Sriracha Mayo

Ingredients
For the dirty fries:
- 1 bag french fries
- ¾ cup cheddar
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp jalapeños, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
For the maple sriracha mayo:
- 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp + 1 tsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
Method
- Add the maple sriracha mayo ingredients to a bowl and combine thoroughly.
- Place the french fries in a single layer on a baking sheet then bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Put the fries onto 4 plates or into takeaway boxes then add the cheddar, maple sriracha mayo, jalapeños and coriander.
- Serve immediately.
