Maple Tiramisu Protein Balls

Ingredients

for the Maple Tiramisu Protein Balls

  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup pure Canadian maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coffee
  • 1 cup vanilla pea protein
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder, to dust

For the Dipping sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp pure Canadian maple syrup

Method

Maple Tiramisu Protein Balls

  1. Place yogurt, pure maple syrup, protein powder and coffee into a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Roll into balls and dip into cocoa powder, shaking off excess.

Dipping sauce

  1. For the yoghurt dipping sauce, add the yoghurt and maple syrup to a small bowl and mix
  2. Serve with tiramisu balls. Enjoy!
