for the Maple Tiramisu Protein Balls
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup pure Canadian maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coffee
- 1 cup vanilla pea protein
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder, to dust
For the Dipping sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp pure Canadian maple syrup
Method
Maple Tiramisu Protein Balls
- Place yogurt, pure maple syrup, protein powder and coffee into a large bowl and mix well.
- Roll into balls and dip into cocoa powder, shaking off excess.
Dipping sauce
- For the yoghurt dipping sauce, add the yoghurt and maple syrup to a small bowl and mix
- Serve with tiramisu balls. Enjoy!
