  • ⅓ cup chicken stock powder
  • ⅓ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ cup sweet smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp sea salt flakes
  • 3 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tsp celery seeds
  • 2 tsp maple sugar
  • 2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients and stir with a fork until well combined.
  2. Transfer to a sealed container or glass jar to keep fresh, the chicken salt will keep for up to 3 months.
