Ingredients
- 1 oz Cinnamon Whisky
- 1 oz Smoked Muscat Whisky
- ¾ oz Amber Maple Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 barspoon Barspoon of Maple Vinegar
- 2 dashes of Spicy Bitters
- 1 Egg white
- Maple Sparkling Water
- Garnish with Maple Sugar & Chilli Rim
Method
- Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker, except the maple sparkling water.
- Dry shake without ice first. Add ice and shake hard.
- Fine strain into a coupe glass and top up with maple sparkling water.
