Maple, Pistachio and Raspberry Overnight Weet Bix

Ingredients
for the Weet Bix base
- 2 Weet-Bix
- 1–2 tbsp vanilla pea protein powder
- 1 tbsp pure canadian maple syrup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
for the Raspberry layer
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 tbsp pure canadian maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
for the Pistachio layer
- 1 tbsp pistachio spread
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1–2 tbsp pistachios, crushed
Method
- Crush the Weet-Bix in a bowl or container. Add protein powder, pure Canadian maple syrup, and milk. Mix and flatten into an even layer.
- In a separate bowl, add raspberries, maple syrup and chia seeds. Mash until well combined and layer over the base.
- Spoon the yoghurt over the berries.
- In a small bowl, mix the pistachio spread and yogurt; layer on top of the yoghurt layer.
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios over the top.
- Refrigerate for 30-35 minutes or overnight. Enjoy!
