- 2 tsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
- 5 tsp lemon juice
- 6 tsp gin
- Pear soda (top up glass to taste)
- 1 slice pear
- Ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a Collins glass and stir.
- Top with a few ice cubes.
- Garnish with a pear slice.
