Darren Robertson is a chef and co-owner of Three Blue Ducks in Sydney’s Bronte and Rosebery, and The Farm in Byron Bay. He has also co-authored two cookbooks, The Blue Ducks and The Blue Ducks Real Food.
The Hertfordshire-born Brit trained in Michelin-starred restaurants before moving to Australia to further his culinary career. Now a passionate advocate of farm-to-table cooking, Darren champions sustainability and using organic local produce.
Darren has appeared in almost every major cooking show in Australia. He both produced and presented Lifestyle Food’s ‘Darren Robertson’s Charcoal Kitchen’. He also starred as a guest judge in the 2017 series of My Kitchen Rules.
