Ashley has loved maple syrup for as long as she can remember. It was the sweetener of choice in her house growing up, and now it’s the sweetener of choice in her family home too. Ashley uses maple almost every day, from pouring it over porridge or pancakes to mixing it into matcha or salad dressings. A favourite snack at home is plain Greek yoghurt with maple syrup and crushed roasted walnuts – so simple and so good.

What Ashley loves most about Pure Canadian Maple Syrup is its mellow sweetness, beautiful depth of flavour, and how versatile it is in both sweet and savoury cooking. It adds moisture and richness to baking, brings balance to dressings and marinades, and is a brilliant natural sweetener for drinks. It’s also something she feels good about using – pure, good for us, and made with care. For Ashley, becoming a Maple Ambassador just felt like a very natural fit.
